Easter Celebrations at Corsham Primary

Easter Celebrations Bring Colour and Creativity to Corsham Primary School
Corsham Primary School was filled with colour, creativity and cheerful springtime spirit as pupils and staff came together to celebrate Easter with a series of joyful activities.
The celebrations featured two much-anticipated highlights: the Easter Hat Parade and the Easter Egg Competition. Children proudly showcased their handmade Easter bonnets, decorated with bright spring colours, flowers, chicks and plenty of imaginative touches. Pupils were delighted to admire each other’s designs and celebrate everyone’s efforts.
Alongside the parade, the Easter Egg Competition sparked excitement across year groups. Pupils demonstrated fantastic creativity, transforming eggs into characters, animals and seasonal scenes. The standard was exceptionally high, making judging a very difficult task. Each entry reflected the time, care and imagination put in by the children, with many families clearly enjoying working on the projects together at home.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, staff and pupils dressed up in vibrant spring colours, creating a warm and uplifting environment throughout the school. The sight of classrooms and corridors full of pastel shades, floral patterns and bright outfits truly captured the essence of the season.
The event was not only about fun and creativity, but also about bringing the school community together. Laughter, encouragement and a shared sense of celebration filled the day, reinforcing the strong sense of pride and togetherness at Corsham Primary School.
A huge thank you goes to all the staff for organising the activities, and to the families for their continued support. Most of all, well done to the children for their enthusiastic participation and fantastic creativity. The Easter celebrations were a wonderful reminder of how special school community events can be.
